Paid tools
Paid tools are one-off purchases with the access period shown at checkout (for example 30 or 180 days, or lifetime). Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST. Access is linked to the account you were logged in with when you paid.
Refunds
Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law aren't excluded by these terms. If a paid tool doesn't work as described, contact us within 14 days and we'll fix it or refund you.
Fair use
AI tools have daily limits to keep them available for everyone. Don't attempt to scrape, overload or misuse the tools, or share your account.
Not official
We're independent. Practice questions and interview feedback are not official material from any force or test provider, and passing our practice doesn't guarantee any outcome.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
